New innovations along with well-tried at PTS Coating Symposium

Yet again, emtec Electronic will present a selection of its product portfolio at the PTS - Coating Symposium in Munich. On September 17 and 18, emtec will showcase the all new and innovative ACA - Ash Content Analyzer along with its well-known and proven PDA.C02 - Penetration Dynamics Analyzer.

The ACA enables an easy, accurate and very fast determination of the total filler content as well as of the single filler components in paper and board and thus extremely increases efficiency compared to the conventional combustion method.

By means of the modular measuring system PDA.C02 it is possible to determine the process relevant surface parameters of coating base paper in order to make a precise prediction on the anticipated coating quality. Further to this, a special module can simulate the coating machine applicator so that various coating colar formulations my be tested in the lab to save costly pilot coater trials.
